You’ll be participating in small group classes, focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a challenging workout too.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in functional fitness training, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in our workouts you may graduate to our regular training classes and get the full Lift District Fitness experience!
